New Application for Clearance Figures and Clearance Certificates

If you do not have your login details please email info@legalcourier.co.za for the information

Please select New Applications / Clearance Figures

Please enter your township and required information for Clearance Figures and then select continue

Please complete the application form and select Submit

Now you will receive a request to upload your supporting documents. Please follow the prompts for guidance.

View Applications> Clearance figures

The system defaults to new applications which require supporting documents please see below for guidance on uploading supporting documents.

You may also use this search for locating your applications, uploading and downloading , follow up, and to Apply for your Clearance Certificates. 

Please select Uploads to upload your supporting documents, Upload additional documents or download your Clearance figures or select View and then select Document Upload.

Please select Edit to make changes to your application

Please select Msg to send a message to follow up or reply to a message

Upload your supporting documents by selecting the View option and #2 Document upload

In order to locate past applications please ensure you change the status bar from New Applications to All

Now that all your documents are uploaded your application is ready for submission.

You will now receive an email advising that your proforma has been uploaded. You can now print your proforma and confirm that you approve the proforma and that payment has been made or delete your application and all affiliated document information. 

If you select payment confirmed your application will be processed and figures obtained. You will receive and email advising you once Clearance figures have been issued. In order to download your figures select uploads on your application.

Once you have made payment to the relevant municipality , you may now apply for us to assist with your Clearance Certificate Please View Guide to assist with Certificate process
