Application for Clearance Certificates
At this stage you have received your Clearance Figures.
Once you have made payment to the relevant municipality , you may apply for your Clearance Certificate to be Applied for and Delivered to your office
You must Apply for your Certificate on you matching Clearance Figures Application
View Application> Clearance Figures
Enter Application number or Change Status to ALL in order to search by Erf number or Council for Required Application
Once you have located your Application Select View to reveal details of Application and then Select Apply for Certificate.
You will be prompted to confirm your Delivery Address select Submit.
You are now required to upload your Clearance payment to the municipality
NB For every New Clearance Certificate Application a new Application number will be generated
Please Locate your new Application for Clearance Certificates created
View>Clearance Certificates
Please choose the matter on which you want to Upload Proof of Payment. Search by either Application number, Erf Number or Council Go
Select UPLOAD and then attach your Proof of Payment and save.
Your Clearance Certificate will now be uploaded or hand delivered depending on the municipality.
