Locate My Clearance Figures and Certificates

Locating your Clearance Figures

Select View Application> Clearance Figures

Enter Application number for required Application

The system defaults to new applications 

You may use this search for locating your applications, uploading and downloading , follow up, and to Apply for your Clearance Certificates. 

In order to locate past applications please ensure you change the status bar from New Applications to All

Please select Uploads to upload your supporting documents, Upload additional documents or download your Clearance figures

Select View to View Status

Please select Edit to make changes to your application

Please select Msg to send a message to follow up or reply to a message

Select View Application> Clearance Certificates

You may use this search for the following:

Please select Uploads to upload your supporting documents, Upload additional documents or download your Clearance figures or select View and then select Document Upload.

Please select Edit to make changes to your application

Please select Msg to send a message to follow up or reply to a message
